Lymphatic Intelligence™

Enrollment, Payment & Participation Policy

Effective Date: August 19, 2026

1. Program Information

Lymphatic Intelligence™ is a live educational experience for bodyworkers, lymphatic practitioners, post-operative professionals, body sculptors, estheticians, nurses, physical therapy aides, and other wellness professionals.

The Founding Cohort begins Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

Sessions are held live on Zoom on Tuesdays from 8:00 to 10:00 PM Eastern.

The program includes six core sessions and two Founding Cohort bonus sessions.

Sessions are live only. Recordings and replays are not provided.

2. Enrollment Options

Students may select one of the following enrollment options:

Pay in Full

One payment of $997.

This is the lowest overall Founding Cohort price.

Payment Plan

Three payments of $367, totaling $1,101.

The first $367 payment is charged at enrollment. Two additional $367 payments will be charged automatically at 30-day intervals using the payment method provided at checkout.

The payment-plan total is higher because it includes the additional processing, administration, and extended-payment arrangement associated with installment billing.

3. Nonrefundable Enrollment Payment

The first $367 paid toward any enrollment is a nonrefundable enrollment payment that secures the student's place in the Founding Cohort.

This applies whether the student selects the pay-in-full option or the installment plan.

The nonrefundable enrollment payment will not be returned if the student:

  • Changes their mind
  • Misses a session
  • Experiences a scheduling conflict
  • Does not participate
  • Discontinues the program
  • Is unable to attend for personal or professional reasons

An exception applies if Brain, Body, Business Academy cancels the entire program, as explained in Section 9.

4. Pay-in-Full Refund Policy

Students who pay the full $997 may request cancellation in writing through August 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern.

If an eligible written cancellation is received by that deadline:

  • The $367 enrollment portion remains nonrefundable.
  • The remaining $630 will be refunded to the original payment method.

Beginning September 1, 2026, the entire $997 tuition is nonrefundable.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: [email protected]

The date and time the written request is received will determine eligibility.

5. Payment-Plan Agreement

The installment plan is a commitment to pay the complete $1,101 tuition. It is not a monthly subscription, membership, or pay-as-you-attend arrangement.

By selecting the payment plan, the student authorizes:

  • A $367 payment at enrollment
  • A second $367 payment 30 days after enrollment
  • A third $367 payment 60 days after enrollment

The initial $367 payment is nonrefundable.

Missing a session, failing to participate, or choosing to discontinue the program does not cancel the remaining payments.

The student remains responsible for the complete $1,101 tuition unless Brain, Body, Business Academy cancels the entire program.

6. Failed or Late Payments

Students are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and sufficient funds for all scheduled payments.

If a payment is unsuccessful:

  • Brain, Body, Business Academy may attempt to process the payment again.
  • The student may be contacted to update their payment information.
  • Access to live sessions, course materials, resources, and program communication may be paused until the account is brought current.
  • Pausing access does not cancel the remaining payment obligation.

Students should contact [email protected] promptly if a scheduled payment cannot be processed.

7. Attendance and Missed Sessions

Lymphatic Intelligence™ is intentionally taught live.

Students are responsible for attending sessions at the scheduled time. Recordings, replays, or private make-up sessions are not included.

Missing a session does not entitle the student to:

  • A refund
  • A partial refund
  • A payment cancellation
  • A private make-up class
  • An extension of the program

Course materials provided for the missed session will remain subject to the same intellectual-property and participation terms described in this policy.

8. Transfers and Substitutions

Enrollment may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.

A student may submit a written request by August 31, 2026, to move their enrollment to a future Lymphatic Intelligence™ cohort.

Transfer requests:

  • Are reviewed individually
  • Are not guaranteed
  • Depend on whether a future cohort is scheduled
  • Do not cancel an existing payment-plan obligation
  • May be limited to one approved transfer

No transfer requests will be considered beginning September 1, 2026, except at the discretion of Brain, Body, Business Academy.

9. Program Cancellation, Postponement, or Schedule Changes

If Brain, Body, Business Academy cancels the entire program and does not offer a replacement cohort:

  • Students who paid in full will receive a refund of all tuition paid.
  • Payment-plan students will receive a refund of payments already collected.
  • Any remaining scheduled installment payments will be canceled.

If the program is postponed or rescheduled, students will be given the option to:

  • Attend the rescheduled program
  • Apply their enrollment to a future cohort
  • Request a refund of payments already collected

Brain, Body, Business Academy may make reasonable changes to session dates, instructors, curriculum order, technology, or delivery when necessary.

If an individual session must be canceled by Brain, Body, Business Academy, a replacement session or reasonable alternative will be provided.

10. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for having:

  • A reliable internet connection
  • A working computer, tablet, or compatible device
  • Access to Zoom
  • Functional audio
  • A quiet environment appropriate for live participation

Technical problems involving a student's device, internet connection, email provider, or Zoom access do not create an automatic right to a refund or private make-up session.

Students should test their technology before the first session.

11. Participation and Professional Conduct

Students are expected to interact respectfully with the instructor and other participants.

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, threats, or intimidation
  • Repeated disruption of live sessions
  • Sharing another participant's personal information
  • Recording sessions without written permission
  • Distributing course materials
  • Misrepresenting the course as a certification or professional license
  • Using the program to promote unsafe or unlawful professional practices

Brain, Body, Business Academy may remove a participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or harmful to the learning environment.

Removal for a violation of this policy does not automatically create a right to a refund or cancel an outstanding payment obligation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Confidentiality

Live sessions may include participant questions, professional experiences, case discussions, and client-related scenarios.

Students agree to respect the privacy of everyone participating in the program.

Students may not:

  • Share another participant's personal information
  • Identify a client discussed during class
  • Post screenshots of live sessions without permission
  • Record audio or video
  • Distribute private group discussions
  • Share confidential case information outside the program

Any client cases discussed during class should be appropriately de-identified before being presented.

13. Intellectual Property

Enrollment provides one student with a limited, personal, nontransferable right to use the materials for individual educational purposes.

17. Policy Changes

The policy in effect on the student's enrollment date will govern that enrollment.

If a material change is required after enrollment, affected students will be notified in writing.

No policy change will retroactively remove a refund or other right already provided to the student under the version accepted at enrollment or applicable law.
